Koshi Provincial Office, located at Rani, Biratnagar, Morang, is responsible for the overall management of electricity distribution services, including the operation and maintenance of electrical distribution networks across 14 districts in Koshi Province. The office supervises 24 distribution centers that handle the operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of distribution networks up to the 33 kV voltage level and 33/11 kV substations. These centers also manage consumer-related services such as new connections, meter reading, billing, and revenue collection.
